End User License Agreement

1. Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and CodeVyapaar and the product author ("Licensor") for the use of digital products purchased from CodeVyapaar, including but not limited to software, apps, scripts, themes, plugins, and templates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any product from CodeVyapaar, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the product.

3. Grant of License

Subject to your payment of the applicable fee and compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a:

• Regular License: Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in a single end product for personal or commercial use
• Extended License: Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in unlimited end products for personal or commercial use

4. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Install and use the product on devices you own or control
• Modify the product to meet your project requirements
• Distribute the end product that incorporates the product (e.g., a website you build for a client)
• Create backup copies of the product for your own use

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the product
• Distribute the product as a standalone item or as part of a product library
• Make the product available for download on any other platform
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product (except where applicable law requires it)
• Use the product to create a product that competes with the original
• Transfer or assign this license to another party without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the product remain with the Licensor. This EULA grants you a license to use the product, not ownership. See our Intellectual Property Policy for details.

7. Product Warranty

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that:

• The product will meet your specific requirements
• The product will operate error-free in all environments
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.

9. Updates & Support

Product updates and support are provided at the Licensor's discretion. CodeVyapaar facilitates the marketplace but does not guarantee ongoing updates or support for any product.

10. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must:

• Cease all use of the product
• Destroy all copies of the product in your possession
• Remove the product from any end products under your control

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
